Wiring my converter

So not sure how to use this cite but I recently bought the 8900 rep series 45 amp converter for my trailer but my old one was a serious 7300 model 7345 and I’m having trouble wiring the new converter to the fuse bored I have

Depends on what you actually bought. But the converter has three wires from the AC side usually and two for the DC side.

Its easier if you buy the right model for your power center. But you can wire up the stand alone models too, I've done it both ways and prefer the all in one approach like the link above. Some like the converter close to the batteries, but my RV's had the power panel box fairly close anyway.

Did you get the WFCO 8945 power centre or the 8945 replacement lower portion (converter only)? If the power centre, then which fuse panel are you using, the 7345's or the 8945's ?

We can help once we know more. 🙂
