This message will only be of interest if you have a GMC or Chevy Tow Vehicle

I called to cancel my OnStar Renewal today and learned of an unadvertised buy one get one deal. Thought I'd share.

Mine ran out and just has the basic stuff....I guess. One of those things I don't want and wish it wasn't included on the price of a new truck.

I just wait till mine is almost expired and will get a call from onstar to renew. So far they offered not a 50% off, but pretty close to it over the renewal on the onstar home page price.

I just keep the free OnStar Basic after the three month trial on my 2017 Chevy. It is free for 5 years but I did pay AT&T $150 for 12 months of 4G LTE wi-fi (20GB) after the trial period. My LG V20 AT&T phone has the low cost AT&T plan for $25 a month for unlimited talk & text but no mobile data so I could use the wi-fi in my Chevy on the road or Comcast/Xfinity wi-fi away from home with our Comcast internet account.
