I would stick with the Interstate Batteries;
In 2005 I bought 2 - 6V U2200 golf cart batteries for my TT. 8 years later they are still going strong and offering plenty of juice for my TT needs.
I just sold my old TT and bought a replacement so decided to let the 8 year old batteries go with the trailer and buy new ones. My replacement TT has 2 near new 12V batteries, different brands and ages. I much prefer the 2 - 6V over the 2 - 12V. More oomph out the 6V setup.
Yesterday I bought 2 new Interstate GC2-XHD-UTL deep cycle RV batteries. They are designed and built for the usage we put our rigs through.
I did not even want to check out other brands due to the awesome service I got out of the U-2200's. I would have bought the same ones but they don't offer that model anymore. The GC2's are an updated version of the U2200.
As mentioned, the 6V batteries are a bit taller. My battery box houses them with an inch to spare.
