6 pin connector wiring

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I just bought a used Jeep and it came with a CURT pin socket where it will connect a cable from the RV to operate the lights on the jeep. I am confused by the various options, especially for the center pin. Some online drawings show the center pin for e-brake, some for auxiliary, some for 12 V power. The case is aluminum it is probably 8 or 9 years old. There are no other marking I can see.

I am attaching a picture.

Many thanks,

Andy

YEP......

Black wire (12V +) or Blue wire (Brake controller) can be on center pin or top left (11 o'clock) when looking at receptacle on tow vehicle

The other wires are standard

Just need to use a meter and check which is 12V +
Center pin OR 11 O'clock
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Also confer with ETRAILER.com They are everything trailer with components, parts, and drawings. Also alot of how to videos...

Once you come up with the various part numbers then search AMAZON before you purchase - may be cheaper and faster to get the same items...

You can check some of the connections by using a multimeter in resistance mode. Check the ground plug against the vehicle frame for example.
