I'm totally happy with my Coleman Mach 3 power saver 11KBTU. It blows like snow even on low and runs on the Honda2K no problem. If I remember correctly, it pulls right at 1000 watts on low in 90 degree temps. It has never tripped the circuit.
That leaves plenty of wattage for the fridge and a few other light useage items.
I generally don't run the AC unless the batteries are near full.
As mentioned, you should look up the model on the airexcel website and see what amps/watts it pulls at normal temps./vs desert temps. I believe 95+ is considered desert temp. That's the important one. you don't want to be out in blistering heat and not have the generator keep up.
I think you mean Mach 1 power saver , 11000 btu .
I have one too , runs on Honda in eco , its as good as it gets these days, its 9.5 amps

Hmmm, when did they stop production on the "Polar Cub"? Bought mine new last July. Maybe a left over? It also isn't the very newest super energy efficient model either I guess. But, for us anyway, it works just fine. Hate it when something is affordable, works well, then is abruptly discontinued. Big sigh.
