Our return on the ROO was under one of the dinette seats and it was a quick job to lift the plywood and vacuum it out. With our TT, it's under the cabinet below the kitchen sink, even easier to get to.

Oops, I didn't thoroughly read the post above....you should definitely check with Dometic on a filter for that area. Some folks have gone ahead regardless and used one, but believe it would void any warranty you might have if adding one caused a problem.

The thin foam material is what is typically used.
