I feel the pain ... maybe I'm still feeling the pain from the last time I did that.

Got one better though. Ever attempt to step over your attached trailer tongue when hitched up? And then your foot get's caught, and you land flat on your face like a wounded beached whale? Yea, that hurts as much as the shin. (don't ask how I know).

Oh that's a painful encounter.
My buddy was going to mount a hitch on the back of his TT (for bike rack) and was going to have it sticking out 10 inches. I assured him he would be cussing that thing if he did it that way.

Lol I've verified that fact many times over the last few years. I finally got smart enough to put a plastic grocery bag over it to keep the shin level grease spot off my pant leg.
