AC Problem ! Leaking !

Hey all Looking for your wisdom. Similar problem, but started another thread so as not to detract from Harper223's thread/resolution.

Woke to dripping on the floor this morning. My wife puts the system in "cool" but "manual fan low" mode, so fan will still run when trailer is cooled while sleeping. When i turned the AC on the dripping inside stopped and it continues to blow cold air. However the hole in the ground at the end of my trailer made by the AC water dripping over the duration of our trip (approx 4 weeks)
is now dry. It is always a constant drip as we are in the Southeast.

Trailer purchased new 3years ago and has factory AC unit. Has always worked well and has this year too. Will i do damage running it ? Will running it help ? It's getting refrigerator cold in here.

Any thought are appreciated !

Thanks guy's. Further inspection shows water coming in from one of the four screw holes which holds the inside AC facing/cover. Also water is running well across the outside roof but draining the opposite way to the back. So the thought of something lodging and preventing normal flow may be on the money.

My unit has no ladder and not sure i can get my truck in tight enough to get on it's roof to make it to the trailers roof, but will try. If not will have to put up with a drip when AC is off for another two weeks. Funny how it has been fine until now.

Thanks again !

My air condition will sometimes freeze up in the middle of the night when it is a high humid night.

I also get inside condensation off of metal things at times as well... Not fun waking up with water dripping on your nose from the metal tent support going over your head haha... Running a O2COOL 10-inch AC/DC fan inside the trailer all the time really helps us out for the condensation problem. Of course we are a tent trailer and these problems are very common for tent trailers.

We take it all in pride - it goes with camping
