If you do not rotate tires. It makes it easier to tell if the truck isn't aligned properly from the factory. Also with a ram the front wheels have to stay on front and the rear outside have to stay at rear, so you can only swap side to side in same position. Possibly swapping spare in with rear inside duals if you are interested in using it.
