Look to the left to see my induction date. It was an innocent 1st post about traveling from L.A. to North Dakota in January by TC that started my 10 year odyssey on this site. I have been truly humbled by the vast reservoir of knowledge that you cumulatively possess. Every time I open the TC forum I learn something new, and I have gotten to know some very interesing people along the way.
Thanks for the ride. I needed that.

Your post got me lookin, we crossed the 10 year line unbeknowingly last October. It has been a fun and very helpful run. For Linda and I the exposure to many laughing fellow rovers has been at the top of the benefits list of rv.net advantages. Your posts are in the top ten!

Thanks for all your kind comments. I am a LOT more humble than I was 10 years ago and understand many good things happen by default and less good things by design than I originally thought. My father told me this would happen over time.
Cpt. Eddie: We bought our 1st (and probably last) 1998 Lance truck camper in 2001 right after we bought a brand new Dodge 2500 with camper package. Before that Jeanie and I went thru the usual 50 year life style changes starting with laying on the ground/car camping/back packing/hiking/tent camping/ jeep camping/ large 4WD's ( Toyotas, Internationals, Jeeps) RV camping/Rock Crawling/and the final phase: truck camping. You just need to ascertain the age of the participants to understand their choice of RV motation.

Congratulations on the ten years you've been on the Forum jefe 4x4. You're one of the great folks on this Forum that makes this site what it is. Enjoy reading your posts and your answers to others that post on this site. But don't stop now thinking you've crossed the finish line as you can do another ten years or more.
