Still good if they are stamped with a 3750 load rating.

Those are not the Alcoas. Those are cast rims. You can pretty much tell the difference if you have owned a set of Alcoa rims. It's just the way the aluminum sort of looks different/ has a different shine or sheen to it. Hard to explain.

Correction; One way to tell is by the number of decorative holes. Alcoa has only 8 holes. They do not have any decorative holes in line with the stud bolt holes

Alcoa rims are not swiss cheesed with holes like those shown above on the clicky

Chance is that the 3750 rating is false as only a forged rim can attain that in a 16x7 rim.

If they are Alcoa , Alcoa uses the same wheel #167041 for both truck and trailer . It's a 16x7 , 8x6.5 lug pattern , rated at 3750# . It is lug centric . It's a good buy for someone , the tires alone are worth it .

I also think they are trailer tires.

Another thing is now days I don't believe that Ford and Dodge rims are interchangeable. A few years back they were but not anymore. Also why would he state that they fit a 7000# axle, That is what you usually state for trailers not vehicles.

You sure about that? Seller says they fit Ford and Dodge 7000# axles; plus they are 8 stud.
They fit 7000 lb {trailer} axles, Ford, Dodge. If you have a large fifth wheel, those look like nice rims.

Yeah just noticed that. I can see having 5 and using one for spare. Nice deal.

They look like Alcoa's, which are a good wheel and not a dumb, shallow backspacing. They look like SRW types. I wonder why he has six?
