I have a 2016 Coachmen Apex and several of the leds in the blue strip lights on the outside front are not working. I thought it would be easy to find a Youtube video of someone replacing them, but no luck. Has anyone ever replaced them and how did you go about it?

Thanks all. That's pretty much what I thought. I see that there is clear silicone around them so I'll have to carefully cut them lose from that first. I will call my dealership about ordering the new strips.

I just replaced my docking light on my fifth wheeel (a shitty 191 incandescent bulb fixture) with 2 - 36โ€ LED strip lights. I ordered the LED strip lights from SuperbrightLED in an IP67 waterproof style and bought some 3M 2 sided tape at Oโ€™Reillys. I applied the strip lights under the bunk and wired into the existing dock light wiring. I used clear silicone to clean up the install by sealing the strip lights on the sides (rounds off the exposures). Looks great, lighting is excellent now.

Buy a new strip of proper length, peel and stick backing, plug connector, job done.

My Laredo had a few LED's that were dead and the dealer replaced under warranty. It looked like it was just connecting the 2 wires on the LED strip where they come through the cap. I am sure you might have to order the new strips from Keystone.
