Arctic Fox #25W

We purchased a new Arctic Fox #25W earlier this year and we have a question for any other owners of this model. There is an opening (cupboard) above the Microwave which in our case did not come with a Door Panel. On the Northwood Mfg. Web Site, they show a cupboard door on this opening but when we questioned our Dealer about it, they told us that this Model doesn't come with a door. I find this hard to accept as the opening looks so out of place in an otherwise impressive looking kitchen.Has anyone else run into this issue?

After discussions with Arctic Fox Dealer and Northwood Mfg. I'm happy to say that we have received the cupboard door panel and the issue has been resolved. I feel much better knowing all the good things I've heard about Northwood Mfg.'s reputation with Customer Service appears to be correct.

Thanks.......I've seen this and it's exactly what I'm talking about. The Panel is obviously a standard in this Model and I have been given the wrong information by my Arctic Fox Dealer.

I have a 31w and I can't tell w/o looking if there is a cabinet abv the microwave. Funny! Now I'll be up all night worrying about that. Always something. Yesterday I was worried I had'nt put the slider in but when I looked in the mirror I could see the police coming up so decided it was OK!

I have a 2013 25w and it has a door on the cabinet above the microwave. Not sure why they did not put it on yours. Call northwood they can get to the bottom of it.

Wow.......Great Site......thanks for all the replies. The cupboard was never prepped for the door...no holes for hardware etc.It looks like I'm going to have to contact Northwood in order to try and resolve this. It's unfortunate that every AC Brochure and every RV WEB Site that shows this model, indicates that the door comes with the unit. Other than that it's a great product and we are happy with it.

Chances are they may have redesigned the 25W during the year. Our 13 Fox Mountain looks the same as the earlier 13 but is different on the inside. The tech guys at Northwood are usually real good with questions. I'd give em a call.

We have a AF trailer, different model, no open cabinets in kitchen...Is there any sign that a door was ever there? Hinge holes, Door catches etc...? Contact Northwood, they can probably send you a door either way.

Send Northwood an email and picture and ask them. As a last resort find a custom cabinet shop that will make a door for you.

I would contact Northwood Mfg. They can tell you for sure what is suppose to be there.
