Does anyone know of a way I can attach a Dish Playmaker satellite to the top of my TT without attaching it permanently? I am going to be in an RV park for a long a term period. Want to have the satellite out all the time but worried it might get stolen. Is there any way I can attach it to the top of the TT to keep the wind from blowing it off but it would more out of sight? I don't want to attach it permanently.
Diamond c:. It works great with one issue. I have to connect the cable directly to Wally through the entry door. For some reason it will not work when the cable is connected to the satellite port on the outside of the TT. I have tried to connect it to both the satellite and cable port on the outside of the TT but it won't work. My TT is a 2018 Prime Time Tracer Air. I have read where others have had the same issue.
Bolt it to a 4'x4' chunk of 3/4" plywood (paint the plywood to seal it from the weather)then sit it on top of your trailer roof while parked (might need some shims to level it depending on how sloped the roof is).. Doubt most winds will ever move that..
Satellites typically go on top of a rocket. You probably want to attach an antenna to your roof instead.
