We have a complete shipping unit, and the first video is up at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ps-6WL4fRy0&list=UUThfO4FutufDywtPa7EIrTQThey made a change to the base units - there are two bolts on each mounting point that let you adjust their mounting points to your specific truck. You do that the first time, then you have 4 quick release latches to put it in and take it out.
The coupler is a separate piece - base is about 75 lbs shipping weight. The top is a little less.
Someone had asked about measurements. I installed it at the lowest height (17") where it can also be at 18" or 19". From the inside edge of the bed to the center of the king pin you have 32 inches.
In our Long Bed we installed the coupler at the B&W Factory recommendation of 2" ahead of the axle. It can also installed right over, 2" aft, or 4" aft depending on where you mount the support arms on the base. The base always goes into the pucks on the frame in the same spot.
There will be a lot more coming soon about it, but I wanted to let you know it's here and it works.
