Found out the Avalanche has a rare metric thread for the master cylinder fitting and no T fitting is available. I give up. Selling my unused MaxBrake controller.
Should be same as Silverado, someone gave you a bum steer.
You will be sorry if you let the last good after-market controller get away.
Not the same as Silverado. I know because I tried to get the Silveraldo fitting to screw in and ruined the threads in the master cylinder to the tune of a $200.00 for a new master cylinder. I also got the specs on thread size from the GM parts department and it's a very uncommon metric that even machine shops did not have.

Need help figuring out the T fitting that fits a 2008 Avalanche. Should be the same as a Silverado. If you could tell me the number on the brass T fitting or send a picture of the T on the master cylinder, that would be much appreciated. I'm talking about the T that connects the brake line to the Maxbrake sensor at the master cylinder.
