Try Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC). They make a 20 ft. toy hauler that they can reconfigure with modular components.

Yeah, Brad's coaches were 1 year out when we bought in 2014. Now they are 2 years at least. But worth it.
I know many of the coaches are built for US customers. It makes a nice trip to drive up to Ontario and pick up your coach, then camp your way home.
Taylorcoach only makes 25 - 30 coaches per year, so each one has individual attention all the way through. If you've seen the Jayco video where they follow a coach from one end of the factorhy to the other in 6-8 hours...it's nothing like that. Brad welds the frames, they form their own aluminum siding, aluminum sheet roof and floor bottom, no chance for mouse infiltration.
Overall a great choice. Even if you have to rent or borrow a camper until your Taylorcoach unit is completed, you wouldn't be sorry.

OP, what you are imagining is likely best achieved , or only achieved, by using a custom cargo trailer builder, like shown above, or break out the tools and get to buildinโ.

Taylorcoach.com in Ontario Canada.
They custom make coaches from 8 feet to 24 feet long. You can get whatever you want built in...no slides. I have a 19foot loaded coach, old school design, 2600 pounds empty, 4000pounds GVW.
Brad Taylor has videos of walkthroughs of completed coaches and a couple of time lapse builds.

The shower is connected to the trailer in a unique way so as to provide a dry bath without taking up the space of a separate bath and shower. I think a lot of folks would love a dry bath/shower arrangement in a sub 20 foot trailer without sacrificing the square footage to get it.
I would love to see some pictures of this !

What is a power queen bed lift ?
Also, you would be better using a 120VAC mini-split A/C or heat pump.
Sounds like you want an Airstream Bambi that needs a whole new interior !
