With mine, it was a simple two wire hook up using the existing wires, put batteries in it for the backlit feature, set the temp, push the on button & away she goes. Unless that one happens to be less money, then maybe.

Says battery powered but not programmable so you will need to punch it up in the morning yourself.
I installed one of these in a rental condo several years ago. No issues.

thats part of the issue. Seems like everything is 120v that I can find. Nothing battery powered.
