I have a E2 fastway hitch with #1000 / #10,000 bars. Can I purchase
the #1200 / #12,000 bars for a larger TT?

Thanks
George

You'll have to call Progress Mfg. I believe with their 1,000 lb 4-way sway control models you need a new head to go up to 1,200 lbs as the bars are larger. So I'll bet it's the same with the E2.

Yes - I like it. I am pulling a 23' #4200 Sportmans Coyote 180.with tongue weight at #550 I can install and uninstall in 10/15 min. max. without any chains.
I purchased it from Craiglist used for $250.

I am changing to a Dutchmen 29' - 6545# UVW - and max 7100# GVW - Tongue wt.will be about #923 - So I an looking at a #1200 E2 in case I load more in the new TT. My F150 Scab is rated for 2065 cargo - Tongue Wt.,wife,me,gas, tools etc in the truck bed.

How do you like the E2? I'm thinking about buying the hitch you have.

From just looking at the owners manual, it seems doable. The customer service phone number is on the first page of the msnual.
