F350 HD DRW mods for 4500# camper

June 2020. Given a 2020 F350 HD DRW, what suspension adds will best help handle the ride and weight of a heavy Lance 1172 camper?

Regarding truck roll or lean, what is the difference between running a Hellwig Big Wig rear sway bar vrs StableLoads? Is it one or the other or would combining both be better than just one?

Air bags ... no way. Thinking best route are Bilstein shocks and SumoSprings. F350 SumoSprings are available in 3000# and 5000#. Anyone have experience with either?

Accepting you can't have your cake and eat it too, without camper. I wonder what the ride would be like with shocks, sway bar &/or StableLoads, and SumoSprings?

I would try it with nothing first. From all I’ve read by owners of the ‘17 and up Superduties, the odds are very much in your favor that you will be happy with it bone stock.

From top of my head, the rear axle on F350 is rated 9000lb, while empty weight was about 2700 lb.
4 rear tires can carry about 12000 lb

Well the dry weight on that camper is 4,172#, not sure how heavy you pack. With my 2016 Ram Laramie 3500 DRW has a sticker payload of 5,411#. Now that 2020 F350 with aluminum body and 14,000# GVWR your payload should be pushing 6,000# so really should not need to do anything.

Does your TC weight plus water, people, stuff etc. exceed the truck’s payload? What is the manufacturer’s stated payload?

How about NOTHING?
My 2017 F350 carries 6500lb of camper+ cargo with no mods.
I added hockey pucks on upper overloads just in case.
This week I added 3500 lb boat on 4' stinger and still close to level, although I tried to pack lighter.
For empty comfort I install Sulastic Hangers.
