Gaining jack clearance when camping

After reading all the posts in "Drop your camper at the campground". I suddenly realized that I have to use 3 1/2 solid cinder blocks and 1/2 inch plastic jacks pads to gain enough height to unload/load my 1998 Lance 990 legend for clearance. My 2006 Dodge sits higher now with extra leaf spring in each rear pack, airbags, 3rd generation higher Dodge bed rails, and taller Nitto Durra high load index tires. What could I use at campgrounds or anywhere for that matter that is lightweight? Do not want to haul 4 solid cinder blocks around for sure.

Sorry, when I looked at your profile I thought you still had the Adventurer with Happijac's and missed the Lance.

Atwood does make extenders, as do other mfgs-refer to couple of older threads.

Not sure but I think Id lean toward making similar to the bolt on for Happijacks. mentioned here

I carry 4 pieces of 6 x 6 with me when I know i'll be taking TC off. I have Cedar 6 x 6 and they weigh about a quarter of what a PT 6 x 6 weighs. Billyray , my 98 Lance Squire had the access doors by the wheel wells and that's where I carried them. I'm sure your's in similar. K

You can get 6" jack extensions. That's what I carry with me.
