We have a Holland and love it for it's versatility. We take 9x13 casseroles, frozen. We let them thaw as we travel. As soon as we get where we are going. The first thing we do is light the Holland and when it is hot, in goes the casserole, while we finish setting up camp. We do everything from lasagna to stuffing casseroles.
We like the burgers and steaks because we can get them done, and yet they are still juicy. Pizza turns out great. We do breakfast, including bacon and biscuits on the grill. You can put a pie on while you eat your dinner and have a nice evening dessert.
Trick is, it is all about cooking time, not heat. No peeking. If you are looking you are not cooking.
On high it gets up to about 425.
