How long for your F150?

A question to anyone who has ordered an F150. How long did it take to get yours?

The wife and I ordered on March 12th and were issued a VIN # about 2 weeks later and told that it should be there in 3-4 more weeks. After a call to the dealer today my salesman says the build date is May 12! A bit longer than the 5-6 weeks he originally said. Looks like the end of May for delivery.

Seems a bit long to me so I just wanted to see what experience others have had when ordering.

I bought mine off the lot. Waited two hours and deal was done! LOL

They are tough. I have proof.

My company (2013) F150 took 10 weeks from order date until delivery. My understanding was that this was the norm on a batched fleet series truck. My company had ordered "several".

I ordered mine on 2/24/14, It was made 3/25/14, It was delivered to my dealership on 4/8/14.

PM me your vin number and I can tell you for sure when it will be made..
