Just ordered a 2013 F150!

Well I finally decided and bit the bullet, ordering a 2013 F150 with the 3.5 EcoBoost engine, and the 3.55 diff. I got a 4x2 SuperCab and ordered it with the Tow Package, Tow Mirrors and Trailer Brake Controller.

It's a factory order so it will be the beginning of September before I pick it up, but needless to say, I am excited to get back into Trailer Towing!

Ford had awesome discounts - over $13,000 off MSRP, so I could not resist.

I was under the impression that Ford U.S. had similar deals. I know GM & Chrysler also had big price cuts.

I have the window sticker at home - I think it was around $42K MSRP as equipped. I'll check tonight.

Total MSRP from the window sticker = $44,487.00

My price = $31,027.00 + taxes

According to the Ford Dealer that i deal with told me that the 2014 F150 will not be ready for order until probably December and will be a short production year. The new Aluminum F150 will be ready to order in January or February and ready to be delivered in May as a 2015 model. Ecoboost will have 405HP. This is a reliable dealer. Just ordered a 2014 F350 PSD DRW from them today.

That's the discounts FORD is offering until Sep 30th - at least in Canada - Ford Employee Pricing + other incentives. Was over $13K discounted. GM is also discounting close to that.

Nice ! I test drove one over the weekend and it was an awesome truck , but how in the world did you get 12k off msrp??? That's crazy lol .

So gas mileage averaging around 17 mpg over the weekend - city driving really pulls it down. Got 18.2 mpg on the highway coming home from work Friday. As low as 15.8 in town.
