Lance 855s Battery Dosconnect switch

2013 855s. Camper electrical works great when I'm plugged into shore power. When I'm not plugged in. Nothing works and no power is getting to the invertor. Batterys show good voltage. Is there a disconnect switch I'm missing for house electronics?

Generator turns over but nothing else gets power....

You can still access the switch with the slide in, room enough to get a hand in there. Pop off the top board and feel for the switch.

Thank you! Does the slide need to be out to access that space? I'm assuming there are no fasteners there either, correct?

On my 2014 855S ( might be similar to your 2013) the battery disconnect switch is located on the foot area of the dinette on the slide. Remove the top board of the foot area and the switch is on the right side.

Checked out the CBs I could find, all seemed well. Can't find a disconnect.... The constant got 8 gauge comes off a distribution point (basically a single point bus bar)wheregenerator and 2 battery wires meet. I chased that 8g wire into the floor then it returns to a CB at some point. It must go to a disconnect which I can't find.... Pretty frustrating as I'm sure it is obvious but it definitely got me stymied.

I may just called Lance, though last time I called they were less then helpful.

There could also be a circuit breaker or two in there. Mine had one on the outside of the battery box under the galley sink, and another on the low-voltage panel along with 6-8 fuses.

The CB’s on mine were manual reset. Once tripped, you had to press a button on them to reset.

To add to this I've chased the wire and it goes under the floor. Can't trace it from the....

Not sure where it is but there should be a switch somewhere that shuts off battery voltage to the rig.
