Labor day weekend I got to get away from work which has been consuming my life this whole summer, Parker River Wildlife Refuge gave out 25 permits out of about 150 applicants due to beach erosion and I was lucky enough to get picked

even tho I would have loved to sleep in I got up at 5am to fish and catch the sunrise it was well worth it (Well the sunrise not the catching fish part haha)

What's the deal with the antena?

It's raised up to get TV reception, that's the only reason to raise the antenna.

You did not go there to watch TV ?

Hahaha I like to watch the news when I eat, it's very important to know what the wind and weather is going to be when your that close to the surf. We've had to pack up in the middle of the night a few times because of changing conditions

that surf starts to come over the dune you better move fast or you can get buried

No Camp site needed, the best part of only 25 permits given out is there is no other vehicles on the beach

great Moon rises too
