Looking for a new trailer

Hi RV experts! We have been using a 17 ft hybrid, then a 25 ft class c for about 11 years each ( yup, 20+ years of RVing with 5 years of tent camping first.)

We are ready to go back to a hard sided trailer. There are just the two of us now. A few things we would like:

Walk around queen or king bed - always a bed
Dinette
Separate doors fridge and freezer
Lots of storage
Dry bath
Built in generator for the a/c

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Tow vehicle has tow capacity of 6500 lbs. Already realized that one of my choices is too heavy.

What is your tow vehicle?

Thank you for more information!

Yes, generally we do not have hook ups. We prefer to stay in US National Parks, and state campgrounds. Very few to be found with hook ups.

Thanks!!

Sounds like you're planning a lot of boondocking, Outdoors RV has better quality frames and lots of insulation. Here's a model you might want to look at:
https://www.outdoorsrvmfg.com/creek-side-21rd/
2019 Dutchman Kodiak 293RLSL
2015 GMC 1500 Sierra 4x4 5.3 3.42 full bed
Equalizer 10k WDH

If you dont mind carrying a genny in the pickups bed, a whole world of possibilities opens.
25' boxes with rear living areas like this rear living
there are tons of options. Decide on what you need/want and visit a show as the shutdowns start dissappearing.

Thank you both for your replies and advice. I think we are going to do without a generator. Looking for something less than 30’. Have found these: r-pod 192, and Shadow Cruiser SC 225 RBS. Hoping for more suggestions / advice. Thanks in advance.

Walk around King or Queen bed?

Wanting the bed to stay a bed? Sounds like a "separate" bedroom layout..

Pretty rare in TTs, better chance of finding that in 5th wheels or extremely long TTs (30Ft+)..

Yrs ago were were looking for a Queen (not walk around) in a separate bedroom with real wall and door.. Only found that setup in 32ft+ TTs.. Never found any "walk around" Queen beds in TTs.

As Huntingdog mentioned, gens in TTs are pretty rare, Toy hauler or 5th wheel might be your choices..

Toy Hauler, you could use the "garage" area and convert that to a Master bedroom with your walkaround King/Queen bed..

Downside to Toyhaulers is that they often have a very heavy tongue weight empty because when you put bikes/quads/golfcart in the garage the tongue would be too light and under 10% TW when loaded. So, you will need a tow vehicle with sufficient available cargo weight to handle the heavy tongue..

Consider a toy hauler. TTs with built in Generators are RARE. And the few I know of are Propane only. If your main concern is the AC, then I would recommend a gasoline generator. Using a propane generator to run the AC has a big problem. They use a lot of propane. Since you would be using it for long periods powering the AC, you would likely run out a lot.
Toy haulers with generators usually have at least one gas tank. Some have two. My TH has a 30 gallon tank for the generator, and another one for the toys. I did a modification to the tanks plumbing that allows me flexibility to use the gas in the tanks for either the generator or the toys or both as I need it. Without toys, that could mean a lot of generator runtime for you.
