Good Day ; Truck Broke down with camper on Need to have hauled , Does any body have a Lance 1997 8000 squire ? I need the out side height of camper alone floor to the top of air conditioner have to haul down Highway 100 plus miles under over passes .I am not on site to measure My truck sits on a 97 dodge dually I can let air out of tires should save 2inches will be hauling on a goos nekk trailer . I just need out side height . Thanks

After seeing a tow truck driver come OUT of a snomachine trail at the trailhead yesterday, jump a 4' tall hard packed snow berm with his truck (even the rear wheels looked like they caught some air!), bust the hydraulics on the landing and not even come back and clean up the 10 or more gallons of Hyd oil left on the ice, I wouldn't trust one to read a tape measure or road signs!

Thanks Guys ; Found a locale guy who is going to dolly it bring it to his Farm and I can work on it there , current place of unit is in a casino parking lot and they want it out , I worked on it 2 days in the rain with out metric wrenches not Good we where able to hitch aride home , Going back up tomorrow hope to have her fix . Lift pump maybe should be able to remove camper in safe location then trailer truck home . We were heading to Arizona next week , Glad it happened in my home state . Thanks Again Pete

I don't see much issue hauling it together.
Most of the TC have similar height, with only big difference between basement and non-basement models.
My Lance sitting on my RWD Ford makes 11-6". Put on 30" rollback, it will make 14' what will fit under all highway bridges. Dodge should be even lower than my Ford. Highway bridges lower than 15' are posted several miles in advance. At least on West Coast.
All it takes is tow truck driver with brains.

Presume you got it taken care of by now?
The easy button is tow the dead truck (with whatever you're pulling the GN with) to a spot you can drop the camper, drop the camper, take your truck home and come back for the camper when it's fixed. Only talking a couple hours away, by your post.

Yes,I tried to edit my post with the picture using my IPad and it wouldn't or couldn't do it,so I left it as is..After I posted it I noticed it was interior hight not exterior..

I see several possibilities:
1.get an oversize truckers maps who will show bridges heights on the route. There is detour who can bypass most of them. Most of bridges have 15' anyway. Any reputable tow truck driver will have it.
2. remove AC, who will shave over a foot from the height.
3. do what Bedlam suggest.
4. call a friend with truck to bring the camper separately.

You might be able to do it with a low boy trailer depending on the height . They can usually haul up to 12' , or as Bedlam suggested.

OP needs the exterior height for bridge clearance not the interior height.

Creative thought, 100mi depending where it is, may not be that many under passes.
It’s possible to google maps or google earth your route and see if it works to avoid the underpasses by using entrance / exit ramps or detours around bridges?
Typically won’t have height issues with power lines crossing major roads. But arterial or side roads a different story.
I’m thinking more along the lines of rural WI. If you’re in a city area then this maybe too much of a task.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I don’t have the exact height, but the height, on the truck is most certainly 11’ +. 12’ would be a conservative height.
Unless you know the route 14-15’ total height on a trailer is sketchy.

Disconnect the drive shaft and hook it from the front. Even my Ford F250 with Arctic Fox 811 was too tall to trailer.
