Need help replacing interior lights in camper

Attached is a pic of one of the interior lights in my Jayco 28BHS. Does anyone know how to replace these? I've tried to remove the bulb and the plastic part the bulb is attached to, but can't make either of them budge. Also, could someone recommend some good really bright bulbs to replace them with? Thanks.

That bulb pulls straight out of the socket. But it looks like some heat damage so it might have melted itself in. I tend to be a chicken about this kind of work and would wear a leather glove to protect my fingers if the bulb breaks while pulling it out.

That looks like a Command fixture with a 921 lamp. The 921 produces an initial 265 lumen.

Command offers either LED panels or a replacement LED fixture. The Command LED is over 500 lumen each.

Look online for the Command Omega Double LED fixtures.

This LED light should be brighter than your 921 incandescent bulb and will use much less current and produce much less heat. Note that this is 10 lights.

Look thru the seller's store to find other options or to buy a single light.

FYI, this uses the 5050 LED. Similar lights are available with the 1210/3528 LED. The 1210 uses about half the current and is about half as bright so an equivalent light using 1210 LEDs would require about twice the number of LEDs.

PS. The glass bulb pulls straight out of the plastic socket.

The bulb pulls straight out.
I just replaced the entire fixture with an LED one that puts out as much light but operates much cooler. I bought them from Camping World.
