New F/T RV'er No 12v power only outlets work

I bought an Aljo Skyline trailer 2007 model 228 fro private owner.
I've Never owned a trailer. He told me that he couldn't get the
Domestic RM2652 brand fridge to switch from propane to electric. He said he had been running the battery tender in the weeks before I picked it up.
Brought it 100 miles to the residential home site using a 120v outlet with long extension cord (amp meter shows 125) and turned on the propane so i had a fridge. Everything 12v and 110 worked for about 7 days including the CO2/propane detector then it kept beeping "end of life" beeps. Then I felt fridge was warming and no cabin lights. I took out the SafeT alarm and reinstalled new but see no test lights no power to it. I checked all circuit breakers all good and no burned fuses but when I pull-out fuses to check them no red light came on. friend found a blown 5amp fuse in fridge panel outside. Does the converter need replacing? It's a WFCO120vac input105-130vac 600watts, output13.6DC,35amp includes charge & load.'

Over the years, I've experienced similar symptoms in a couple different campers. Both times, it was a bad battery.

It could be a bad ground, bad converter, blown fuse, or bad battery. I would first suspect the battery. You did mention, the seller had been charging it for a long time. Maybe, for good reason.

Note: If the battery has an internal short, it will not hold a charge for any length of time, and it can act as an extra large resistor, sucking up more power than your converter can produce. There is nothing left to run 12 volt systems. I've even seen this in a system with two batteries. Lights were dim and slide outs would not move. The bad battery was eating everything the converter could put out, plus dragging down the good battery.

With converter off or unplugged from power, what is the voltage at the batteries?
You likely have a bad ground, if voltage is good at batteries check at some use points, lights, reefer etc, and track the bad ground down.

Verify you have 120V AC power to converter
Then measure Converter DC output at DC Dist Fuse Panel where batter cables connect (Cables on battery disconnected)

Check the 'reverse polarity' fuses on converter ....large 30A or 40A auto blade type fuses.
If blown no DC from converter or battery


Measure DC voltage at battery cables...if in-line fuse blown no DC from battery/no charging of battery from converter

120V AC IN.........13.2V DC OUT (minimum) on a working converter

Only way to know for sure is to check its output. Disconnect the battery from the system and using a volt meter read the DC voltage between pos and neg. Let us know what you read.
