I had that set up on my F350. They are a bit bigger than 265/85/16 and the speedo was out about 7%. They also needed a bit of modification to the front wheel well so they would not rub.
But they carried a 3500 pound slide out camper loaded for multiple weeks too. Loaded with water, almost 5000 pounds.
Your Bigfoot is lighter by quite a bit too. In my case I was over the 265 limit.
I would say check them out, but I think getting the Toyo ones and keeping your same rims might be a better solution.
