We finished up the order on friday and I called this am to confirm. D&H then sent it off to the factory. I think it might be awhile but who knows. My wife really like the bathroom setup in the cascade. Looking forward to it.

Thanks for the feedback. Defiantly want to have the fuel range. I put a Titan 55 gallon tank in my Ram 3500 and it is great having 700 mile range. Trade off ion the 5500 is you lose the spare tire location but I can fab up another mounting option. I linked the planned full 5500 config below. Will be curious to see if there any new options for 2022.

You might lose the space for a spare wheel and tire with the auxiliary tank but I wish I had 2 factory tanks with my 5500. I had Douglass Truck body dedicate the passenger side box for my spare, jack, triangles, and other tools.
The combination you have sounds great-

Definitely get dual tanks, Your 5500 sounds just like mine. I ordered in Feb and it came in a couple weeks ago. I put a steel CM SK bed on it and love it. I can get the Host loaded 8 feet 9 inches.on the bed. love this truck and camper. This is my third 5500 and my second Host.

You can get a 52 and 22 gallon tank option for a total of 74 gallons. I plan on getting this.

Cool, post pictures once you have them hooked up together.

Congrats zb39 on the new truck/camper combo! I am just started that journey with an order in for a 2022 Host Everest. I am going to be ordering a 2022 Ram 5500 cab and Chassis 60” once Ram factory orders open up in the next month. The 3500 I have just going to be too much overloaded for my comfort. I am looking to add a CM Aluminum SK flatbed to the chassis.

Any must have options I should consider on the ram when ordering or things to consider when using the flatbed combination with the Host? I would be going with the Laramie trim with 6.7L , HD front suspension, HD ASIN, 4.44 axle, safety group, tow group, dual alternators 440amp as my initial list of options.

Thanks!
