No scientific data to back it up; but it seems topics go in cycles. There seems to be a lot of water heater questions recently. Is it because we all go through the same problems, but we experience them at different times?

Agreed. One I wish all would follow, here and in the office.

Yes, in spring all the battery and water heater questions come. What I am always amazed by is the first responder quoting the OP.

I'll be interested on the three pages part as well. I think I have a bit of an idea...

I would also add that the search functionality here is not exactly the best, so older topics will tend to resurface as new folks come along, or folks forget about searching (I've been guilty), or get confused by the results.

One tip along the lines of searching (passed on to me by another member:) Use google and preface your search with "rv.net". This seems to work as well or maybe better than the search function.

Seasonal in part... You'll see a lot of winterizing questions in the fall. I think the water heater questions reflect a lot of folks getting their units out of storage and out camping for the first time in the season. Also probably a lot of new folks just getting out as well with their new, or new to them, campers.
