It will take you to the scene of the accident the first time you get to 45mph. Many years ago I put 300lbs of bargains in the back of a single axle Airstream... at 45 mph it got very interesting... I've never made that mistake again.

Carrying a golf car on the back of a TT would be insane and far exceed the TT frame capacity. May you mean a rack from a golf car retrofitted to the TT?
Way too much weight on the back. The front end will be unloaded leading to some potential sway issues. Also, the back end just isn't that strong and a lot of steel would have to be added and even then, it would be questionable. If you really want to do this, a toy hauler is the way to go.
