Reinforce bumper

Previous discussion about reinforcing the rear bumper someone posted pictures of a bracket to add strength to the bumper. I can't find this picture and don't remember the name. Can anyone point me in the right direction? My searches turned up nothing.

I reinforced my bumper... I extended it 30" and mounted my generator box back there...




I spoke with the insurance company... no problem..

You do have to distribute weight forward to offset the added weight on the rear...

I honestly dont think anyone one will care if you reinforce your bumper. I did it ages ago because my bike rack tried to rip it off.

For what purpose do you need to reenforce the bumper? Manufacturer could claim all kinds of things in a collision injuring you or a passenger or bumper failure injuring others. The vehicles we drive are not Model Ts. You may be messin' where you shouldn't be a messin'.
