Repairing siding with spray on bedliner

I did several searches but was unable to come up with documented experiences of people using bedliner for repairs.

I am considering removing all the Filon Filoplated siding and Fome-cor board from my Western Wilderness truck camper and laminating 1/4" rigid foam insulation to the frame before applying light gray tinted raptor spray on bedliner to the foam.

This would be done bacause the Filoplated siding is apparently no longer being sold and the Fome-cor board is also difficult to source.

Experiences or ideas?

FYI, the Fome-Cor or similar is readily available from siding and soffit supply places. These are generally wholesale to the trades but some of them take OTS customers at the retail level.

Just get the foam with a sandwiched on hard surface. Look in Home depot for it. Then use adhesive to the foam to attach it to your frame, with channels holding top and bottom to frame. Spray on works on flat roofs best as it flows and on a vertical side it would flow down and look terrible.
