Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite

Hello fellow RVer's,

I am a newbie here tonight and we have a Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite and we are having issues with our electric awning (8329) Diamond Package. When we put the awning out it seems when the awning releases from the lower awning support, there is a loud popping noise. Like it is hung up on something and then releases and continues to go out. Is anyone else having this issue? If so did you find a solution or have it replaced? I will look forward to your reply's.

That's what I was thinking but the OP has to do more work on this one.

Sounds like the awning arms may be misaligned with the supports on the side of the TT...something got bent?

I suspect we have a similar awning and no I don't have that problem.

Any chance of someone pushing the button while you stay outside and see exactly what is catching / popping? Then taking a photo? That is the only way that we might be able to help.

Something is wrong as there is no popping sound involved with opening the awning.
