Scangauge - ? tranny temp, 06 F250, 5.4

I have a SG II, on a 2006 F250, 5.4, all works well, but can it rec. tranny temp also on this truck? anyone doing this let me know

Shouldn't the cylinder head temperature be about the same as the oil temp?

I have a 2006 F150 and the codes from the website worked for me
I also programmed it for slip in trans.Aftr Desert Captain they must have fixed it.

am I the only one disappointed that they cant get a code for oil temp in the 5.4?

I have a 2006 F-150 with the 5.4L. When I got my SCII They had to look up the codes

for TFT and here they are:

TXD: 07e0221674

RXF: 046200000000

RXD: 3010

MTH: 000100080000

These codes got me TFT and should work for you. The codes on the website did not work but one of their engineers came up with these. :C

Works on my '02 with 7.3L diesel after programming in the X code. 🙂

My 2010 uses the Ford CAN codes.

Go to their website and look up the X code. Then followi the instructions for entering it. Good luck. Works on my SG2 on ford e 350 v10
