I loaded the TC and wanted to adjust the bar to be horizontal when loaded. It's feeler gauge close to the exhaust and I'm not quite horizontal yet.
Looks like a trip to the muffler shop for me too. I'm thinking heat & hammer. Headed to Tulsa Monday. I'll watch it for rubs.

Muffler shop should be able to move things around to re-fit the resonator.

No sway bar currently for the 6.4L hemi. Why do I know, because I went down this route last year. Called Hellwig thi time last year and was told because of the resonator on the exhaust that their bar would not work. So unless you remove the resonator after the stock muffler, we are SOL

When I bought a Helwig for my truck they came in two sizes. I bought the smaller one and I recommend you get the larger, "Big Wig" model.
The smaller model gives quite a bit before helping and the BW has more intial and total resistance to deflecting.

I clicked on the link and Amazon told me that is the one I bought.
I believe before I bought it, I would call Hellwig to confirm.
If you buy this one, and your brake hose "bracket" is centered above the differential, disregard the instructions about relocating and replacing the bracket.
I wasted 45 minutes trying to figure what the heck are they talking about.
You may not need to add those spacers for the spare tire heat guard either.

It appears as if neither Hellwig nor Roadmaster have an adaption for the gas 6.4 Hemi something to do with the exhaust system. I wonder if there is a factory option?

Hellwig or Roadmaster should have one. I was going to buy a Roadmaster but it wouldn't fit with RAM factory prep gooseneck/5th wheel package.
I bought the Hellwig Big Wig through Amazon. Hellwig didn't have an application chart as I remember. I may have gone to another on line site to get the part number. Maybe eTrailer or a suspension site.
As normal with these things, the instructions were wrong regarding one issue and vague in the rest. I called them to ask where the bar should be to be most effective when loaded. It can be slanted up or down. Level was the answer.
edit add...looks like Roadmaster doesn't make one for dually's.
I looked at Suspension Connection...all Bigwigs they had was for diesels.
I would call Hellwig.
