Hi all I'm new here and new to owing a travel trailer with amenities such as propane appliances.
I just purchased a 2000 Keystone Cabana hybrid trailer, which has a 2 way fridge, furnace hot water tank, and roof top A/C unit.
I'm trying to find out if the 2 way fridge operating on electric has to level same as on propane to operate?
Also when is the water pump used when only using oncoard water supply versus city water connection.

The fridge cooling system operates the same in either mode. Electricity or propane just provide the heat sources in order for it to operate.

Yes the fridge has to be pretty level to operate on either propane or electric. Yes the battery has to be good to operate on propane. The mother board is ran by 12V

Yes The water pump is only used when you are pumping from the fresh water tank. You will have to fill the fresh water tank as well. The pump does not need to be on when you are hooked to city water. And the water heater will work on propane as well, but again the batter will have to be good. All propane appliances need 12V to work.

The AC will only work on shore power.

Two way refer means 120VAC or propane. Remember most refers will still need 12VDC as control voltage. Water pump brings water from the on board storage tank to the faucets, toilet, etc. It does not work unless there is water in the tank first.
Might be a good idea to hire a mobile service tech to come spend a couple hours with you and teach you all about RV systems.
