I personally liked the Atlas concept more. Seems like they altered the Grille from what was shown on the Atlas. The Atlas had a more interesting shape and far more well defined versus the production model seeming to melt into the rest of the body work. The stance also is a little off as well. The Atlas had a wider and tighter stance (like the bottom was more tucked up). But still a decent execution from concept to production. I still wish they could have had the proportions match the Atlas a little more, but at that rate it'd be as wide as a super duty.

Funny how you say the GM trucks are ugly!! Almost every auto test of the trucks said they picked the GMC sierra as the best looking truck ! Read up on it and you will see . You can have your opinion that's fine. I still say the GM trucks look great !

But the other posters are probably not trying to sell advertising space either.

In spite of the haters of all things Ford it is a great looking truck and will push the others for more market share. It resembles all other pick up trucks in that it has 4 wheels and a box on the back and unlike the others will outsell everything else.

The only thing I see in common is both have 4 wheels and a steering wheel.

Seems to be a mix if a chevy and dodge look on the front. And wasn't it the GM trucks that were all about being lighter long before ford is now going on a diet??? nice truck yes, but sick of hearing about how innovative ford is!! new designs don't always mean better! Dependability is tops in my book!!!

Good looking truck.
And if that aluminum body pans out, it is going to put huge pressure on the other guys. Ford could see its sales lead grow even greater. Or shrink if they encounter problems with it.
