The diagonals are a waste of lumber if covered with even 1/4" plywood and not strong enough if no plywood is being used. Just that shows it wasn't built by someone who really knows what they are doing and therefore I question the entire build.

Anyone can build a bridge, but an engineer can build the bridge with the least amount of materials while still safely meeting the stated goals.

That is what I call "customer education".
Too many buyers will go for number of slides, number of cupholders, number of speakers, but will never ask how tall is toilet, for how long black tank last, what is the wall R-value, or what is the unit roll-over resistance.
My take on negative responses >>>> they screw up their homework and can't stand that somebody can do it right. :W
