Still room to hang 6-8 shirts without smashing them, and tons of space for clothes on the rack. There was even some room left at the bottom for shoes. Couldn't be easier or more efficient.

Used wire shelving from Home Depot supported with small wood ledgers that I screwed to the cabinet sides.
I used a sawzall to cut the wire, but you could easily do it with a hacksaw.
