Has anyone dealt with Ehrlichiosis ? Zari was treated for 20 days with doxycycline..she did require one IV for dehyration and received a vitamin infusion...she seemed to be responding, her appetite improved a bit but now into the second week post a...
unfortunately , Zari tested positive for ehrlichiosis. The first blood sample had a problem so when the vet called to say she needed to come back in for another sample we said she was feeling better...which she seemed to be..the vomiting had stopped....
Zari has been off her food for a couple of days...has been coughing and last night started crying out in pain if she was touched and this morn was lethargic.....so off to the vet we went when he opened this morning..first off...there was a huge Germ...
