A PennDOT road sign on Rt. 222 in Lancaster County has drivers talking. News 8 has more on the mistake that caught everyone's eye.

Even the news people didn't get it. Not only is "Ephrata" spelled "Epharta", but the route number says "322" and the news folks said its on "222".
I saw a story on TV once about a road crew that had stenciled "School Crossing" on a road in front of a school, but they spelled it "Scool".
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

Don't forget Blue Ball & Virginville..........!

On edit: This sign alone should dispel the notion that correct spelling doesn't matter.
