On I 10, from LA going W toward San Antonio with truck and trailer. What's the best route for dealing with Houston?

Thanks

There's really no good way to go due to amount of miles(and traffic) you would have to take detouring around

What I do when i know im going to hit ugly traffic/busy roads is plan a food/rest stop right before I get into it. ITs amazing how less frustrating traffic is on a full stomach

How about plan B. Not sure Sunday will work.

IIRC on the West side of town the left lane becomes HOV or somesuch so don't get stuck in it. I took the 610 beltway once and had a lot of construction.

Those two oceans are kind of problematic aren't they? Oh, you meant Louisiana, not Los Angeles!
Unfortunately the best option for Houston is to just plow through on I10 avoiding rush hours if possible.
