Mass started those last year some time. "Turn on your blinkah" and "Your OMGs and LOLs can wait" are a couple. There was another that I can't remember that was downright hysterical.

I've been seeing signs like those around the country lately. The one sign they shouldn't even bother putting up is...RIGHT or LEFT lane closed because half the dummy's just gas on it and race to the front, cut the last vehicle off and usually cause a back up.

In AZ they say "Drive Hammered, Get Nailed"

Signs sometimes make me wonder. All to often they'll put up signs to warn of a road hazard. State claims it costs $2000 to make a large sign and another $2000 for the road crew to install it on the highway. For a sign that warns "Bump" why not put that $4000 towards fixing the bump!

I have to admit, I saw the subject matter and clicked on your post and immediately thought, "oh boy! here's another spammer!" but then I saw "Senior Member" and knew it was 'safe' to click the link.

Interesting concept in that article. I say, "good!" Anything to make people a bit more conscious about their driving habits to make the roads safer, I'm all for.

Sadly, this morning the sign I drive under every day said "Right Lane Closed Ahead"...but normally they do have something up there to see. I wonder what it'll be next week...prolly "Right Lane Closed Ahead"...but on the way home I get more signs. 🙂
