I'd ask to see the quality deparment of the various manufacturers. It should be right by the unicorns, dragons and leprechauns.

Eby Pines is "ok"
We stayed at Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen. Not fancy, but price was good.
Go see Amish Acres in Nappanee.
We ate dinner at Das Dutchman Essenhaus is a unique Amish style restaurant located in Middlebybury, Indiana close to Shipshewana in the heart of Amish country.
