Rare Prince Rupert Photo

Yes. We were fortunate to obtain the rarest of photos taken in Prince Rupert. A shadow actually caused by the sun!!! Locals told me that we were extremely lucky to be there last Friday.

We were in Prince Rupert recently and had great weather. We travelled between Prince George and Prince Rupert for 10 days and never had a single drop of rain.

(Btw....That campsite close to the ferry is a rip off.)

Oh, cum'on now, be nice!... I lived in "Rupert" for a few years....we don't want to scare the nice folks away from going there to take the AMH ferries....it's a well known fact among locals that if you are unhappy with the weather in PR, then you just have to wait a couple of hours and it is sure to change!....can't beat that!

Yeah they were in Rupert - The fog was so thick they couldn't find their way home for a few days and came down with the "fog flu"

I was reading an article saying that Prince Rupert is a popular place to live for people with allergies or sensitivity to the sun.

Prince Rupert in sun is more rare than Prince Albert in a can. 😉

LOL Dad had a chance at a job opening for a shop teacher there after the war. Sure glad he didn't take it, rains 360 days each year and foggy the other five.
