also there is a cool railway museum near elliot lake ...
sudbury mines can be fun... been a while since we have stopped there as we usually run through at night.
ontario is an amazing province with so much to do and see - rich in canadian history.
i realize you have a destination in mind but if you need another - blue berry hill campground in goulette river is fantastic
sorry for the typos, im on my phone and auto correct can be a pain

Extremely high fuel prices in Wawa. Avoid buying there if you can.

Just check your fuel before you leave Wawa though. It's almost 100 miles to Montreal River before you can reasonably expect to get fuel again. That's about the only long stretch you will encounter without fuel available.
Science North and/or nickel mine tours at Sudbury are worth doing if you are into that sort of thing.

Oshkosh is a blast even if you are not a pilot. Did 4 nights there a few years back. Never did go into the buildings where all of the avionics are. Plenty to see outside & people always happy to talk planes. Pretty good museum that can occupy a day right there at the airfield.
Oops, double post.
